The team pulled sales data, customers and all the history over easily and without stress.
They had it all working so I could test it all before going live.Then they also worked with us to go from no working inventory at all, to having automatic ordering and label printing.
We are saving at least 1 full day a week for a worker,
We used to go around with clipboards and order sheets, counting every item.
We now have rolling stock takes and can actually manage shrinkage, missing stock, slow movers, and more.
Having actual humans on the other end who can help with any situation really helps,
They can walk us through anything from creating promos to any issues we are having, or systems we are trying to learn for the first time.
We have a long way to go, but the team is working with us at our pace.
They are also helping us get an online store working that will integrate easily with our existing inventory.

Having implemented 3 previous POS systems the Retail POS journey with Univex has been the best hands down. From the initial meeting to implementation and aftercare, Univex cannot be faulted. As a large retailer we have some complex needs within the business and with integrations with other software.
